About this policy
BGA Pocket is an independent browser-based companion for BGA, currently in development. This policy covers the app, website and support. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@bgapocket.com. We update this policy when our practices change.
What stays on your device
Browser profiles, sessions, preferences, favorites, cached catalog artwork, and available player details, progress, achievements and history are stored locally. System backups may include these files. BGA receives information entered on its pages. We do not run a BGA Pocket account service or a server storing your BGA credentials.
Security and session separation
The app connects to BGA over HTTPS through the system browser. Each profile has separate website storage. Local files rely on platform security, not a separate end-to-end encryption system. Protect your device and backups. No system is completely secure. Report suspected issues without including passwords, tokens or other people’s data; we assess incidents and give legally required notices.
BGA and other services
BGA and its content providers receive connection details, including IP addresses, browser information and requests. The app reads relevant signed-in pages for native library, room, account and activity views. BGA controls its accounts, gameplay records and cookies. Its privacy policy applies. Deleting local data does not delete records held by BGA.
Website and email
We use no advertising pixels or visitor analytics SDK. Your website language preference is saved locally, without advertising cookies. Hosting providers process technical and security logs. Support email includes your address, message and attachments. Cloudflare Email Routing, our mailbox provider and Resend may process correspondence, including outside your country. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Purpose and sharing
We use information to operate requested features, restore sessions, refresh content, answer support and protect services. We do not sell personal information, target ads using gameplay, or upload local collections to a BGA Pocket cloud database. Necessary service providers and legally required disclosures are the only sharing described here. The current app has no advertising or analytics SDK.
Retention and your choices
Local data remains until refreshed or removed by you, the app or the system. Removing a profile clears its website session; shared artwork caches may remain. Removing app data and managing backups are separate actions. Support messages are retained as reasonably needed for your request, relevant correspondence and legal obligations. Email us to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights; verification may be needed. Contact BGA for its records.
Children and updates
The app is not directed to children under 13. BGA’s age requirements and applicable law still apply. Contact us about children’s information sent without appropriate consent. Material policy changes are published here with a new date and any legally required notice.
